Micros WS5A - old client data 1

I have 4 WS5A terminals, that the client wants to sell, but does not want their info (menu, seating, logo) left on the terminal. my question is, how do I remove their info without deleting the OS.

the server is long gone, dead.

You can remove the CF Memory and format it on a PC or use the application that has the WS5 in utilities
