Micros ws5 help

Bought a used Micros ws5 with what use to have 3700 on it, if it still has it nothing will come up. But I was told I could run E7 on this but have no idea how , do I need windows 10 on it and how do I find out what it has on it now and where to find software for E7 to install on it.
I have windows 10 on my regular computer with a digital product code can that be put on a flash drive and put on micros touchscreen??

On a WS5 Windows CE ist the Main OS which run on this Workstation.
There was a PoSReady 2009 (WindowsXP) Special adapted Version on a uDOC Chip.

A win32 os is offically not Supported on this Hardware because of the CPU and Hardware Architecture. AMD CPU

A WS5a can run Windows 7 PosReady and Oracle Linux for Simphony. Intel CPU

For a E7 you need a Server from where you can Install and Configure the Workstation.
POS from Oracle Hospitality / Micros is a Special Procedere with CAL Client Application Loader. A Software on the client connect to the server and install the Software with special scripts from the server.

It doesn’t let me connect to server, still trying to figure that out.
It does have Windows CE 6.0, ws5A.
3700 pos operations version 5.5.0700.5667 keeps saying initialing database connection but just keeps restarting same process.
Called micros and told them I bought these used and just want to use the system offline and they told me I needed E7 pos on it but can’t find anywhere to purchase the software?

I am basically wanting to use the system to send order to kitchen, won’t be using credit card program on it or anything else online.
