Just wondering if anyone else has come across the following issue:
We have recently had one of our Workstation 4LX's swapped out due to power supply issues. The replacement 'refurbed' Workstation was cal'd and setup as the original (WS11), everything works fine, printing reciepts e.t.c BUT we cannot print any UWS reports to the Epson TM-88v connected on COM5 (using 9pin to RJ45 converter), on screen message just states 'Running Report' but nothing ever comes out?
I have checked in 'POS Config' and the that particular Workstations report printer is set to the same device as it's receipt printer, which is the same as it always been. It almost seems like a config file is not updating to the workstation? I have tried copying MDSPRINTERS.XML to this workstation from an existing till, but this does not seem to contain any reference to report printing, is there anything in the registy? hellllllp![[ponder] [ponder] [ponder]](/data/assets/smilies/ponder.gif)
