Micros WS4 Rear Display Install 1

Have a couple read displays and both have same result.
When the terminal boots the display should light up blank right?

I have no lighting is there something else to setup?

Software has been flagged. Done many ws5 displays and they light up on boot.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Are you opening the the Workstations up and hooking it up that way?

Oh also, The Rear LCD screens do not light up until the workstation has booted into WinCE (at least in my experience).

That's great. Thanks. But terminal will have e7 and not the res interface on it as per the doc.

How do you get into bios settings? just boots direct into micros load screen. Del, F1 are no help.

Not sure on an e7, the doc is for 9700. I know you can get to the Windows screen as well in e7/Res. I think using the Left Right Left method (top screens).

As far as the BIOS, I think the port already configured and on in BIOS, you may just need to configure it in Windows like the doc explains.
