micros ws4 latest platform

I have an older version platform with older .net. To be able to install new e7 pos I need newer platform (ws4_platform_RC_15.2.exe)
I cannot find it on oracle download site. Can anyone help me find this newer platform version to install on my ws4?

it downloaded but windows 10 wont let me copy the file or run it because of windows defender.
it is an .exe file and says its a threat.
is it possible to send it via zip or email it?

ok i was told that the usb license key dont work for version 4.2 e.7 on ws5 after i upgraded .so i down graded back to 2.8 pasting the files but now it wont start when i turn the ws on.guess I need to do a reinstall.does anyone have the latest exe build file that will accept the usb license key.also need it for the pc too.thanks
