Micros Workstation 610 BIOS issues

I have several Micros Workstation 610 with the following issue. When I go to BIOS and after making some changes, I click on F10 or "Save and Exit", system is freezing. It does not restart, and it does not respond to any other changes. If I restart the system, it does not save my changes. I have 32-bit BIOS W1300I IA 32. If I have issues with my BIOS, I can't find any BIOS upgrade files to refresh it. Can someone to point me to the place where I can download the BIOS upgrade for 32-bit version?
