Micros Workstation 5A Cal install

I am replacing a couple of terminals on site. I ordered a couple of workstation 5A's from eBay. They are in good shape but do not have CAL installed. I cannot for the life of me find a workstation 5A CAL install file. Would anybody possibly be able to share that? Thanks in advance!

Try doing a reset of the device. If the WCF reset doesn't work, use the full reset via the BIOS.

Well, after trying to reset the BIOS, and even upgrading the BIOS, cal is still missing from program files. This is pretty strange, as this workstation came out of an E7 environment. Does anyone have a workstation 5A CAL install file they could share?

Unfortunately the workstation doesn't want to open that set up executable at all. Am I doing something wrong?

any errors? and have you tried running it as admin

Shane: Moregelen wasn't referring to doing a BIOS reset. That won't do anything. You need to use the Format Utility which is named WCF. From the operating system you open Explorer, go into the Docs drive, and execute WCF.
