micros workstation 3700 programming issues

Ive worked through most of my issues thanks pmeagan and all of you, but..

1. first and foremost we are up and running these machines are set to kick you out of the ws as soon as you send anything or do any type of a transaction I need to change this function so that you can return to the table screen with out having to re-enter your cashier ID so that you may continue into other tables and checks


2. I neeed to set up and use the delivery function on this machine
3. I am not able to send an order type as : dine in/togo/delivery

[li]That's an employee class setting. In the configurator, Employee Classes button | Clock In/Sign in tab. Uncheck the "Sign out after transaction" option for each class. You may want to set up an auto-timeout if you do this. That's a workstation setting - User Workstation button | General tab, enter a value (seconds) in teh "Auto Sign-Out Delay" box. Then go to the Options tab and check the "Enable employee auto sign-out" option. This will make sure employees don't stay signed in forever if they walk away from the workstation without signing out.[/li]
