Micros Workstaion 5A Stuck on BIOS Screen

I have a Workstation 5A. It was working fine but today, when I am starting the system it is stucked on BIOS screen. All tests are passed except Hard Drive (See attached pic). At this stage, I am unable to hit del button or power off with its power button. I have to remove power cord to power it off and then plug-in to power it on.

I have tried to remove the CMOS battery but it did not work.

Any Idea, How I can resolve the issue?

I am assuming this is a Win32 PC version of the 5A.. Not CE?
