Micros UWS4's network printing

Hi Guys,

I would like to utilize our UWS4's to run some other web applications which is not a problem and working fine. But it seems I cannot attach a network printer.

does anyone have any experience of this? or achieved it?

There are various problems with doing this, my best advice is don't waste your time trying it. I had a customer go to someone else for a solution because the other party was willing to try this, and the customer came back to me for a working solution 2 weeks ago.

So by web application are you receiving emails from you web or an web order service and want to print them off?

Your going to waste alot of your time and energy trying to get it done if at all.

Pick up a used Eclipse running 2000 or Xp depending on your version and then you can have a networked printer off that.
