Micros unlocked 5.4 mr3 opsdisplaysys.cfg 2

Does anyone have an unlocked opsdisplaysys.cfg for Micros res 3700 5.4 mr3 I need to modify my opsdisplayuser.cfg with a template from the opsdisplaysys.cfg.
