Micros Tracking Group

I created a new tracking group that I would like to show up on my Daily Consolidated System Sales Detail. I was just curious how I implement or put this tracking group into affect so it shows up on my end of night paper work.

What version of Micros are you running?

Not sure off hand. I know there might be a setting in the tracking group. The statement below is from Micros 3700 POS Configurator Manual.pdf.

When setting up tracking groups, keep in mind that you can create up to 64 tracking totals in a group, but only 48 will print on Micros standard reports. The system records information for the remaining tracking totals, but you must create a custom report to print it. See the 3700 Custom Reports Design Manual for further information on creating custom reports.

I do not have the '3700 Custom Reports Design Manual', maybe someone else does. It should be able to get more from it.

You have to go into Reporting>Historical Totals>Classes and then link your new one up. Keep in mind though, if you are using any custom reports you might need to edit them.
