Micros Systems Reseller Program Costs

Can anyone tell me what the related costs are in becoming a Micros Authorized Dealer. Before I subject myself back and forth with Micros, I would like to know a general cost of becoming a Dealer/Reseller of Micros. This is territory rules aside or if there is a dealer in the area or not... I am just wanting to know costs. Is it a yearly fee, monthly fee, one time fee or other? I know becoming a certified integration partner is the cost of $15k plus but I cannot find any information on the costs related becoming an authorized dealer/reseller.
