Micros system stop working after restart

I am facing a technical issue with our POS System today.
Micros POS 3700 system, stop working after restarting the computer.
showing "system closed", another window showing "Periphs has stopped working"
Is there any solution for this? please advise.

Look in Micros Control panel and see if the status of the database. Try and start it in control panel (Set it to restaurant front off house). If that does not work see if it gives you not work see if a fault error.
