Micros Smart Key Next Screen field not working

Hello all,

Just trying to find out if anyone else has ran into this. So we have a few smart keys configured and they work great for what they were originally programmed but now, I need a few of them to go to a different screen after they are pressed. The NEXT field is available on the Smart Key configuration but does not seem to work. I tried the NEXT field on the Touchscreen designer as well to no avail. Currently running 5.4 MR3, anyone else having this issue?

I've got a bunch of them working. Is the Smart Key config set to Touchscreen / Change Screen?
