Micros Simphony rounding for charity

Hello,
We now have several clients requesting this. Site is running 1.6. They would like to round up for charity. If the total bill is $10.60, they will charge the guest $11.00 with 0.40 going to charity.
Anyone have to program this before and how did you go about it?
