micros restore .mbz file into 5.1

I have a backup of a database from version 4.9 (.mbz)
How do I restore this to a newer version of Micros, 5.1, which has a .mbz5 extension.

Thank you

You have to do it from a command line.

DM -U "full path/filename.mbz"
