Micros Restaurant Display Controller DT166 Not Loading

I work at a restaurant using Micros RES 3700 with multiple RDS systems with the KDS bump bars. All of them are working except one, which upon booting up is displaying the blue screen on the monitor that says micros RESTAURANT DISPLAY CONTROLLER. The white loading bar slowly fills up about 75% then jumps to full and freezes. I've tried rebooting it.

Going into MICROS control panel shows it as DOWN with a red triangle. The other KDS are all green and working. It shows the proper IP address on the red display.

Any ideas?

usually is dc gone bad, but you should try unplugging everything and just leaving the power and monitor plugged in and see if the unit powers up.

I have seen this issue before with a specific bump par model made by QSR.
