Micros RES3700 Kiosk screens/workflow?

I've got some Workstation6 units I'd like to turn into self service ordering kiosks for a pair of food trucks. Walk up, order here/pay here type deal, credit card only. Kicks orders to the KDS in each truck. We're currently staffing a cashier, hammering orders into a 310. Any screenshots, files, ect floating around out there. I've got hardware under control, trying to work the programming end of things.

Lots of explanation in the Micros doc it came out in....with themes. Think it was 4.2, or 4.3 or 4.4. If you cant find it let me know and will dig it up

Mainly you just need

1. Employee specifically for the Kiosk. Configured as a stay down employee so it doesn't sign out. Employee should have the privileges to error correct and cancel the transaction.
2. Macro button on login screen to sign in a user when the Kiosk is rebooted.
3. Very clear and screen layout with no unnecessary buttons. You should a single "Manager Access" button which brings you to a screen containing all manager functions. This should be protected so that only managers can get to this screen.
4. Be careful if designing your screens with SLU's. You may, at some point in the future accidentally add items to the Kiosk that you didnt want to.

Lasty, TEST TEST TEST. Make sure there is no way for customers to somehow place the order without paying.

Any advice on tips/gratuities prompts as the customer will be paying via ingenico lane3000 terminals from shift4? Also leads on a sim to print a large order/check number on the bottom of the receipt?
