Micros Res3700 KDS and TMS layout times?

It's been a while but I had a system setup that Kitchen using kds that on the floor plan the table would should elapsed time and colour change as warning of time limits.

Can I find that info in configurator or my old tms docs when first released? Of course not. Can anyone help in the right direction? Thanks
