Micros RES3700 5.5.7, adding E-series tablet, stuck on "authorization is required for: Link mTa

This mTablet I have added works fine on WIFI in standalone, away from the mStation. But i do not wish for it to work this way, it should be permanently docked and used as a workstation on our patio with a printer attached to the mStation com port etc. When connected to the mStation it runs through CAL and start RES until a pop of comes up saying "Link mTablet with mStation" and asks for a code. This was a clean install/wipe and run of CAL. I have not created a code and all the current employee/manager codes do not work to link these two.

Does anyone have an insight into how to link the mTablet to the mStation?

I'm researching if we need to upgrade from 5.5 mr3 to 5.5.7. Is this version equate to 5.5 mr7? How do I get this patch and it's documentation. Unable to find it in edelivery library in Oracle for micros 3700 RES.
