Micros RES EM 5.4.1.236 - Clients Suported

Hi,
I have a Micros RES 5.4.1.236 EM Server, and i have store clients with RES 4.7, 5.2 and i have installed a server with Micros RES 5.4.1.618.
In this last server i can't receive packets because Database Version is different.
I asked to Micro's representative and they said that i have to use in the clients RES 5.4 or fewer version.

RES Corporate Version

5.0 GR (5.0.0003.0416) & Higher​

4.5 (4.5.7.1983) & Higher

4.3 HF2 (4.3.22.1824) & Higher


Where can i get RES 3700 5.4??, In Oracle e-delivery page, i only can download RES 5.4.1 or 5.5
