Hi

I need assistance in accessing Micros as a property expert.

I erronously, (whilst rushing to get to a guest complaint), set security access for property expert as Finger Print & User ID as opposed to Finger Print Or User ID. As a result I am now effectively locked out as I have no fingerprint reader on my server.

I know there is there a generic administrator/technician login that can circumvent this problem, does anyone know what it is, or is there a sequence I can run through DBISQL to change this setting remotely?

Pls Help!
