Anyone happen to have a copy of the MICROS RES 4.10 install files?

Do you have the Res 4.0 prerequisite & installation CD's?

I can't find my Res 4 ISO, I use a 4.0 image for a starting point so haven't installed it in years, but the service packs to upgrade a Res 4 GR installation are on my google drive here.

Thank you very much for that pmegan. Every little bit helps. I do not have the 4.0 prerequisite and installer files. Any chance I can download your image?

It's too big for the google drive, about 30G. I'll see if I can dig up the GR iso's.

I made a couple of new iso's and put them in my google drive if you still need them.

One last question. Do you need to install all the patches and hotfixes in order to get the most current version? or can I just skip to the last major update file?

You have to install all the prerequisites. I usually install each prereq and the patch that goes with it.

There are a couple of registry keys, (strings), you can add that help speed up the process:
HKLM\Software\Micros\Patch\BypassDBUpdate - Add this and set to true to skip over the db rebuild/upgrade after each patch. This cuts the upgrade time way down if you're installing multiple patches. Once you're at the final version just upgrade the database through DM

HKLM\Software\Micros\Patch\BypassReboot - Add this and set to true to stop the post patch reboot (I don't use this one, but it's an option)

Very cool pmegan. Had no idea about those little registry tweaks. Thanks for posting!
