How do we fix this extra bill always coming to the printer Kitchen when making a payment with Room Charge?

I know how to fix in EMC - Simphony, maybe it's similar:
- Go to Tender Media window in the EMC.
- Select the Room Charge Tender Media.
- Navigate to "Printing Options" tab.
- Disable option bit #73 "Reprint orders"
