Micros RES 3700 - U220B Serial Kitchen Printer Column Width Issues

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with column width/margin on an Epson U220b kitchen printer that's connected via IDN to a nearby workstation 6. Picture below (sorry for the quality):

Settings on POS Configurator are:

Printer Interface: IDN
Printer Type: Autocut Roll, Epson TM-U200B
Line Feeds: 8
Columns: 32

Could anyone guide me in the right direction for troubleshooting?
