Micros res 3700 printing reports

Due to a database issue, micros swapped our hard drive with the extra one in the hp tower server. As a result we are no longer able to send files to our printer. We have installed the drivers but somehow the file appears to print but nothing prints and the report is removed from the print que screen. Is there a way to download reports into a file? Ie a txt, pdf, xls etc files

You can output the reports to files by populating the Print To Disk Filename in Autosequence Steps. Use filenames ending in .txt, .pdf, .doc or .rtf. If the directory path is not included with the filename, the file will be created in the \3700\bin directory.
