Micros RES 3700 integration to InnQuest/RoomMaster

Does anybody have a working integration to InnQuest/RoomMaster? Just looking to post payments to hotel PMS guest folios. The site formerly used POSItouch and connected serially to the hotel PMS server. It seems I would just need the correct interface on the Micros side to maintain the connection. Has anybody been able
to make this work?
