MICROS RES 3700 Installation Error

I am getting this error installing RES 3700 5.5 on Win7:

Error 1722.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A
program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact
your support personnel or package vendor. Action
GrantDBDirPermissions, location: C:\windows\SysWOW64\, command:
ICACLS.exe "C:\MICROS\Database" /grant:r UsersOI)(CI)F /T

can't remember now how did i get the solution that time. Maybe some needed pre requisites steps missing?

Installing the software or the Winclient?

@Jackba, had a good idea. Try running it as Admin, and or make sure the Account you are installing it with has Admin rights to the PC/workstation.
