I would like to convert our Micros RES 3700 system to utilize coursing. I'd like for the server to enter items, then have the ability to override the default MI Class defined course and reassign an item to a different course before sending. I have options set for printing course headers and items are showing up on order devices sorted by course and then seat. My question is of the instance when a guest wants a salad with the entree course, for example. Is there a TS Function key or simple macro steps that can be programmed to change a MI's course assignment on-demand?
