Micros RES 3700 Cash Management Problem 1

Hi

Urgently need expert help on Micros RES 3700 Cash Management Problem.

Reinstalled Micros and uploaded DB backup, since then CM module is not connecting. I have already made the DCOM connection of CM module. Still no connection and can not assign till and employee in POS. Without till assignment I am not able to do cash transaction as till assignment is required by RVC.

So in this situation need help either to connect CM module or bypass CM / till assignment requirement. In POS Configurator I couldn't find option to omit RVC's till assignment requirement.


PLEASE HELP......
