Micros printing error -- No printer config in registry on remote node

Hi, I recently installed a new terminal to Micros Rest 3700 server, the Micros version is 4.7. The terminal is a WS5A, everything works ok, except for the printer, doesn't print ticket or reports, each time I send a report the log registers the following error No printer config in registry on remote node [PCWS03] for Dten [99] | .

I tried with another printer; cable, with no success, any ideas?
