Micros Printer Error Code

Im having some issues troubleshooting this code with a Micros 3700 POS. Im wondering if its the parallel port that needs to be replaced or a much more complicated. Looking to get a second opinion before I hunt for new equipment.

can you include your version of micros? the printer you are trying to use and how it connects? and what you are trying to print? does the printer work when you run a direct test on it? has this ever worked before?

Restaurant POS Micros 3700 5.2, epson, credit card receipts, printer works at other stations, never happened before.

That is bad dip switch setting on the printer. Turn them all off
