My General Manager did not understand a request from another manager to reset the router. She meant to unplug and plug it back in... instead he pressed the reset button which cleared all the port forwarding information. When I called open table they reset everything for their service but Micros Technical support came out and cannot seem to tell me which port I need to forward to allow the back office computer to talk to both the network (4 workstations) and the outside internet so that I can run credit cards. I am just trying to find the information or where I need to go to figure out which ports I have to open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
