Micros POS - No Response To Message Error

We have a 3 POS station setup with a backroom server.

This evening we started getting an error on our POS stations stating:

No Response To Message

If you click the button to acknowledge the message it then asks if you want to send the message again.

Nothing changed in our little network and everything else is working fine. The message is simply a popup annoyance that everyone has to deal with until we can figure out why it's coming up.

I tried rebooting everything and checking the cabling between the terminals and the server box and nothing was unplugged or loose.

That message indicates that the system has a custom interface installed which is trying to communicate to some other endpoint.
It means the message is sending but its not getting a response.

What interfaces do you have?

What button are you pressing when that happens? Something is linked to an interface.
