Hey guys, anyone remember all of the setup that goes into turning on on demand customer receipt printing? I've turned it on under RVC Printing, and created the touchscreen button Function Transaction, On Demand Customer Receipt. Nothing is ever so easy of course... and the docs are indicating that should be all there is to it.

What Micros system? RES 3700? If so:
Do the users you want to be able to reprint receipts have the permissions to do reprints? (I think it's set via Employee Class) I think it's off by default as theft prevention.

You also need to enable Allow Fast Transactions in the RVC Transactions

Yeah, I had done that and I was wondering why it wasn't working. It took me a little while to connect the dots. If you have to allow fast transactions, its probably because the on demand printing is a fast transaction thing. Confirmed. Feel silly. Yup..
