Micros Non Revenue tender Media or Comp

Hi All

Just had a query with Micros Simphony Version 2.

Is there any way in Micros where it can allow that if the check is closed is by a particular tender media it doesnt count as revenue.

Basically my company would like to do a complimentary payment method, but what is comped doesn't account for revenue only for cost

tried having two sets of menu item at different price and and name, but that didn't go well with the end POS users

Please let me know if any one has a solution that will be great
