Micros KDS reset controller?

swapping a kds unit and keyboard and right click mouse not responding. unit boots right into app of the empty screen. how can I wipe or access Cal? Thanks

i had a similar problem a month ago. i replaced the controller then i opened the box i found water inside the unit. ugh

Also. the other issue i had seen is that if you have a bump bar attached to the kds controller when you turn off/on the screen will be stuck on the bios (Micros KDS Controller) and the progress bar never goes past the middle. If you unplug the bump bar (or keyboard) and reboot the unit you will get pass the bios splash and the kds display will load.

FIXED. Replace kb and mouse. Server had beenupdated and newer .net required. Found file and instructions on this forum to flash controller. All went well.
