Micros KDS New Install fails to load files and does not show in control panel? 1

Site is Res v5.5
Adding additional Kds unit.
Yes it has a license available
Setup of kds is identical to four other units in use.
New kds shows in Cal when run but when selected does not load files just back to desktop.
Kds was updated firmware for 5.0
Renamed mdshost and reloaded db. also restarted server.

So what an I missing?
Help appreciated. Thanks

What are you putting the KDS on? A Micros controller? Some times i have found you have to reset the operating system on the controller and start from the beginning. Also load the latest CAL on it. Just went through this process.

Yes a dt166. Came from store running 4.2
So updated the firmware never thought of the CAL. What's the latest version?
