Micros KDS Error : Failed to lookup node KDSNAME in MDSHOSTS.xml

Hi,
I have a problem with the Micros KDS Service, it doesn't start and all KDS are with white screen.
I restarted the Server, restart the Service but it doesn't work.

Help me please.

On the Micros server, rename \micros\common\etc\MDSHosts.xml to MDSHosts.old.xml.
Open the Micros control panel and click the Reload Database button. That will regenerate the MDSHosts.xml file.
Reboot your KDS screen and see if it picks up the new file.

If that doesn't work I'd try to rerun CAL on the KDS unit.

What kind of KDS controllers are you using?

I did all your instructions but don't work.

The server is Micros RES 4.7 with CRUMKDS.dll Version 4.7.1.2284

What kind of KDS controller are you using, and what version of windows is it running? When you boot up it should give you a splash screen with a Windows CE version or XP POS Ready 2009.
