Micros KDS DT166 ELO Driver Install?

Installed a DT166 replacement and had to upgrade the firmware for .net frame work with RES 5.2
All went well as KDS loads into ops.
ELO USB Touch screen does not work. When usb is plugged into the kds a window pops up "unidentified usb device" with window to enter usb device name? Nothing works.
In the KDS Control panel is the Elo Applet to calibrate and nothing happens when entered?
Thoughts, suggestions, help? Driver location and how to install? Thanks

Is this a new ELO touch screen or is the previous one?

If is this previous one and it was working has you tried swapping the usb cable?
