Micros KDS disappearing and reappearing tickets

Hello,

Our store has an issue with orders being punched in and disappearing. The orders would reappear anywhere from 45 mins to an hour later in red. We run 4 KDS in our kitchen and it is only 1 particular unit that gives us this issue. All settings are the same on the units. Is there something I am possibly missing?

Sorry I don't know but I will say after reading about 50 posts here today that when people ask for help with Micros it would be a good idea to give version of Res, type of WS (4/4LX/5/5a/6) and any other relevant info. It makes coming up with answers more likely.
