Micros KDS automatically printing server chits

I'm new to supporting Micros KDS so please bear with with. I've inherited a Micros KDS implementation that is printing all server chits without the servers themselves printing the chits. As you can imagine when we are busy there are a stack that the servers have to search through.

Any idea's on how to stop the chits from automatically printing?

Are you using conversational ordering? Also, what version of Micros are you on? Where are you running the KDS controller from, the server or a workstation?

Yes we are using coversational ordering. We are Micros 9700 version 4. The KDS is running from the server.

Interesting. So far we've only heard of this issue hitting 3700 stores. Do you use anything like kitchen themes? I don't honestly remember if 9700 actually supports kitchen themes.

I don't believe we are using kitchen themes.
