Micros ISLs

Hi,

We work off RES5.1 MR 2 and have integrated with our CRM platform using ISL, where the customer points get printed on the receipt. Additionally, we also enabled Arabic printing that also uses an ISL.

Due to this, we are facing an issue where we are getting 2 receipts printed (one in English with the CRM details printed and the other with the Arabic printing without the CRM details). This is creating issues in having 2 receipts being printed for every order.

Is there anyway we could merge the ISL or any other way so that we only print one receipt that prints both Arabic as well as the CRM details?

If required, can send across the ISLs.

What is currently calling the ISL scripts to run? Are they two different scripts that each has a receipt to print? If they are two different scripts or events then they will process and print each one as it goes through its steps.
