Hi
I have bought used Micros POS systems. Is there anyway to replace the software ?
I don't want micros pos software

Not that I am aware of. If you can get the softwsare to install/load on to Windows CE, then it is a possibility, but I do not know of any.

We load POSitouch on Micros terminals every now and then. Not our favorite thing to do. The Windows XP or Pos Ready 2009 terminals can be used for anything probably. The card readers though most likely won't work. For CE, I think it depends on the version and model as to what you can do with them. A good company for repair and images is Quality Retail Systems.
