Micros Gift Cards - receipt on activation

Hello All,

Going into the gift card season, and I just found out that when we activate a gift card, it does not print a receipt with the amount on it. Is there any way to force a receipt when activating a gift card? We are running 3700 v5.4.

Are you using icare gift cards? If so what SVC interface are you using?

If its Icare you will need to open the svcserver.cfg in notepad and look for the option to print the receipt and set it to on or yes and save.
