Recently upgraded a site from res3700 5.2 to 5.5 mr7. Once I did this the gift cards started giving me the following error:
stored value card interface 4.2.7.451 [e] svcha inoperative: java.io.ioexception: keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect.
Can't seem to find where to resolve this. Oracle sends me the following Doc ID 2232875.1. I'm pretty savvy when it comes to micros. Unfortunately this has me stumped.
Any ideas?

I have reinstalled svc gift card 4.2.7.451, moved over config files and still receive the same error.

I found also this information
SVS Gift Card Processor has updated their services to support TLS 1.2 which may cause issues with gift cards (Doc ID 2260491.1)

and as usual by Oracle RTFM
There are two files at the "bottom" (why oracle, why every time in the middle of the post you say and by the way you will find attached the necessary files.) a pdf and a zip file for the svs host adapter update.
PDF SVC GiftCard
SVS Host Adapter

Hope this helps.

SVS, Stored Value Solutions, has updated their services to support TLS 1.2 and a new driver is available to be used on Oracle Hospitality products.
Prior versions of the SVS Stored Value Card Host Adapter are not compatible with the updated services.

A version of the SVS Host Adapter for SVC supporting the TLS 1.2 protocol is required for e7, 3700, 9700 and Simphony First Edition.
A version of the SVC interface supporting the SVS Host Adapter is required for 3700, 9700 and Simphony First Edition.

ACTIONS
Confirm that the gift card provider is SVS
To confirm SVS Gift Cards are being used, follow document 2193490.1 to identify the gift card provider.

Verify the current version of the MICROS SVC Interface
To identify the version of the MICROS SVC Interface installed on the system, on the machine that hosts the interface, follow document 2217260.1.
This is used for 9700, 3700, and Simphony First Edition. Version 4.2.7.451 or greater is required.

Verify current version of the SVS Host Adapter
To identify the version of the SVS Host Adapter:
This is used for e7, 9700, 3700, and Simphony First Edition.
Locate and right-click the SVS.Svcha.dll
Select Properties, then Details
The file version value required is 1.4.2.106 or an upgrade using the attachment to this document is required ( see below )

Obtain and Install the upgraded Stored Value Card Interface if needed
If the version of the MICROS SVC Interface needs to be upgraded, it can be accessed at edelivery.oracle.com:
This is used for 9700, 3700, and Simphony First Edition.

In your internet browser navigate to Log in with your SSO login; this is the same login you would use to access My Oracle Support.
In the search bar type 'SVC'. Two results should appear, one under 'Products' and one under 'Releases'. Both should say Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 SVC Gift Card Interface.
Click on 'Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 SVC Gift Card Interface (4.2.7.451)' under the releases section.
Push 'Select Platform'.
Place a check next to Microsoft Windows (32-bit); [ Note: It doesn't matter if you pick 32 bit Windows or 64 bit; the download will be the same. ]
Push select.
In the download queue verify that you have 'Oracle Hospitality RES 3700 SVC Gift Card Interface 4.2.7.451' and push 'Continue'
On the next page push 'Continue'.
In the popup, agree to the terms and conditions and push 'Continue'.
Click on the link for 'V74949-01.zip' to download the file.
Extract the zip and run the installer.

Install the upgraded MICROS SVS Host Adapter if needed.

SVS Host Adapter version 1.4.2.106 is an attachment on this document, see below.
In order to install the attached SVS Host Adapter, you must first have version 4.2.7.451 or later of the MICROS Stored Value Card (SVC) Interface, for 3700, 9700, or Simphony First Edition.

To install the SVSHost Adapter, do the following:

Unzip MicrosSVSHA_Setup.exe from the install zip (attached to this document, see below under References, Attachments) to a temporary folder on the POS server or machine hosting the SVC Interface.
Run the MicrosSVSHA_Setup.exe installation program.
On the Destination Directory screen select the installation folder used for the Stored Value Card interface (the default value should be correct unless the SVC interface was not installed to its default location).
Respond to the remaining prompts.
Preexisting configuration should remain intact, however it is recommended that the StoredValueCard folder be backed up prior to installing as a best practice.

@POSKitchen -

It's rarely said, but THANK YOU for a fantastic post regarding upgrading SVC and SVS Host Adapter for TLS 1.2. It was very concise, and you deserve kudos for posting.
Are you able to possibly provide a refreshed link to download the latest SVSHA file if you still have them available? The Zoho download links up above in your thread have expired.
Thanks again!

@POSKitchen -

I actually located the latest version of SVSHA on Oracle's eDelivery system. Thanks again.
