MICROS Enterprise Management - Slow Deployment

Has anyone experienced slow deployments (on the order of 30 minutes to create a 1KB packet) on Micros Enterprise Management? We do have about 800 stores on the system, but I'm wondering if there is any setting we should be looking at to make this run faster.

this is a wild guess but you can try checking the UAC setting

Looks like if you go too long without deploying to stores this is what happens. Did a full deployment to the entire concept, and now individual deployments are running at the speed they used to. Go figure.

Wow, I would credit to the long time from deloying as well.
