Micros Enterprise Management receive command not working, just coming up blank

This is on the client side. I'm trying to process a package and getting error 2 when I run the process through an autosequence; when I run Receive in a command line, it just shows the date/time stamp and a line of dashes (like the normal first line) then returns to the cmd prompt. The log file shows the log session starting and ending a second later.

I've rebooted the system. The system was fully functional less than a week ago and nothing has changed as far as I know. This is not a new install of EM. The packet is in the correct receive folder (plus no error that there is no file to process).

I'm at a loss and would appreciate any help from anyone that may have seen this particular issue before. Thanks in advance.

The client system is a Micros Res 5.4, the EM software is version 5.2.

Try reinstalling the store setup software.

This one has been solved. There was a typo in the receive folder location for the store on the EM Server in MECU so instead of looking in the Transport/Receive folder, the local store was looking in the Tansport/Receive folder for the files. The table micros.em_store_transport_dtl had to be edited on the local site and MECU had to be updated to prevent it from causing the same problem when the next update went out.
