Micros EM Server - Update packet in client Server

I have a problem with a Server, packets from EM Server does not update in the client server. Appears only a line "============================== " and close the window.

The order of the packets is correct, but i don't know how i can correct that problem.

This is typically caused by a version mismatch. Re-run the appropriate service packs on your client.
